FAQ - Cost?
Q: How much does a rug cost?
A: A rug cost can vary due to: complexity of the design, amount of colors, and size.
FAQ - Tufting Workshop
Q: When Should I arrive?
A: We ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the class start.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A: Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Workshop Sessions are non refundable w/out 48 hour notice prior to the class.
FAQ - Maintenance?
Q:How are rugs made?
A: All rugs are hand crafted and secured with felt or rubber backings.
Q: Where should I place my rug?
A: Keep in low traffic areas.
Q: What should I do about dust/debris?
A: Gently vacuum your rugs - preferably with an attachment.
Q:What should I do about spills?
A: Spot clean spills immediately with damp cloth and mild detergent.
Note: Try to keep it out of direct sunlight.
FAQ - How long does it take to get my rug?
Once an order is places, it can take between 3-6 weeks for shipment. Times may be delayed or vary due to current orders. Once your order is ready, you will receive shipping and tracking information!
